TAKARA is a UAE-based fashion brand offering ready-to-wear and customized abayas and garments.
Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TAKARA. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We strive to present product colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric dye lots, and handcrafted detailing.
Some TAKARA pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
3. Ready-to-Wear & Customized Orders
TAKARA offers both:
- Ready-to-wear standard sizing
- Customized sizing and length adjustments
Customized orders include any order where measurements or lengths are modified from the original product specifications, including but not limited to:
- Full length
- Sleeve length
- Shoulder
- Bust
- Waist
- Hips
- Armhole measurements
Please note:
- Measurements displayed on the website are body measurements, not garment measurements.
- Customized and altered items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Ready-to-wear pieces purchased in standard sizing without modifications may be eligible for exchange subject to our policy.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
TAKARA reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers available at checkout, including installment services where applicable.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed and verified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Ready-to-wear or customized orders
- Delivery location
- Public holidays and peak periods
Estimated timelines:
- Ready-to-wear orders: approximately 2–5 working days
- Customized orders: approximately 5–10 working days
Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are outside TAKARA’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TAKARA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.
6. International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges determined by their country’s regulations.
TAKARA is not responsible for these additional charges.
7. Exchanges & Returns
Ready-to-Wear Orders
Exchanges may be accepted for eligible ready-to-wear items within the specified exchange period, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The item has no perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, or damage
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or altered orders
- Modified lengths or measurements
- Made-to-order pieces
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
TAKARA reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once production, customization, or processing has begun.
TAKARA reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Payment verification issues
- Product unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing or website errors
In such cases, customers will be refunded accordingly.
9. Product Care
To preserve the quality and longevity of TAKARA garments, we recommend:
- Steam ironing only when applicable
- Dry cleaning delicate fabrics where advised
- Proper storage away from direct sunlight and humidity
TAKARA is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling after delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the TAKARA website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Designs
- Product names
- Images
- Videos
- Graphics
- Text
- Branding elements
are the intellectual property of TAKARA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
TAKARA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
12. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order processing, customer support, and service improvement purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
