Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum Order: To book a private home viewing appointment, a minimum order of 1 piece is required.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Duration of Appointment: The private home viewing appointment is typically limited to 1 hour. Extensions may be granted at Takara's discretion, subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for purchases made during the appointment must be settled either in full or half at the time of purchase. Takara accepts cash, credit/debit cards, or payment links.

5. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule the appointment must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
